WOW! We cannot believe how fast the year is already going! It seems like just yesterday we elected our 08/09 Rifle FFA Chapter officer‘s team, said goodbye to our graduating senior officers, and started the new year in full momentum.
We also welcomed a new member to our chapter, our motivated and talented advisor Mr. Brad Bessey.
We have started off the new school year with a BIG BANG! So far this year, we have accumulated over twenty new members and just over $4000 in donations made by our community.
We would like to thank everyone who supported us at our Back-to-School Barbeque/Silent Auction that was held on September 22, 2008, without your contributions our chapter would not be able to attend some of our major leadership conventions.
Considering our officer team is the heart of our chapter, there is a whole new slate of eight this year. There is our
President Kelsy Secrease, our Vice-President Jillian Mello, Secretary Shea Macleod, Treasurer Cody Rogers, Reporter Brooke Wiening, Sentinal Josh Garner, and our two Executive Committee Members Holly Lynch and Adolfo Ruiz. As a brand new officer team we have many strengths and many things planned for the end of 2008!
We all hope to see much more of you throughout the year!
